Help for store owners and staff using LocaLoyal: Shelf Scanner.

• How do I add my store?

  Download LocaLoyal: Shelf Scanner from the App Store, sign up with email or Apple/Google, then tap Set up store and search for your business by name or address. We use Google Places to auto-fill your store info.

• What if my store isn't found in search?

  If Google Places doesn't have your business, you can enter the details manually. We'll match it to other listings later.

• How do I change my store's hours or address?

  For now, email hello@localoyal.com with the change. We'll have an in-app store editor in a future update.

The LocaLoyal app for shoppers is coming soon. We'll add shopper FAQs here once it launches. In the meantime, sign up for updates at hello@localoyal.com.
