You can permanently delete your LocaLoyal account and data here — no app required. First, verify it’s you: we’ll email a one-time code to your account’s email address.
We only send a code to an existing account. This will not create a new one.

Confirm deletion
Deleting your account permanently removes:
- Your LocaLoyal account and profile
- Saved and favorite items
- Your search history
- Your requests and product watches
- For store accounts: your scans are anonymized Kept for catalog accuracy, but no longer linked to you. Data for stores you own is removed.
This can’t be undone. If you solely own a store, you’ll need to transfer it first — we’ll tell you if so.
